Privacy Policy

Visitor Scout report requests: the separate Visitor Scout report privacy notice describes the report form, human verification, protected request records and manual report opt-outs. A Visitor Scout report request does not enroll you in marketing or change existing preferences. The marketing-form statements below do not apply to Visitor Scout report requests.

This Privacy Policy explains how ContentKaki ('we', 'us', or 'our') collects, uses, and handles your personal information when you visit www.contentkaki.com, ask for a Visitor Scout report, book a 15-minute chat, or buy ContentKaki.

We keep this simple. We do not run a complex data platform, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

1. What Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through our forms, at purchase, or by email:

• Visitor Scout report form: your email, niche, topic, publishing platform and optional region, with verification and protected request records described in the report privacy notice.
• 15-minute chat form: your name, email address, what you create content about, and your main platform. When you pick a time, Cal.com also collects the booking details you enter.
• If you buy ContentKaki: your name, email address, billing address and country, order details (and your business name and tax ID if you buy as a business), and the payment record from our payment provider, Polar.sh. We never see or store your full card details.
• Notes taken during a 15-minute chat, and any emails you send us.
• Where you came from: if you arrive through a tagged link, we save the campaign tags (such as utm_source) with your sign-up so we know which posts bring people in.

We do not require you to create an account on our website. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your NRIC, passport number, or financial account details.

We also use Google Analytics to collect technical data about your visit, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location (city or country), browser, and device type. See section 5.

2. Your ContentKaki Files and Content

ContentKaki runs in a folder on your own computer, inside an AI app you choose: Claude Code (by Anthropic) or Codex (by OpenAI). Your creator profile, voice notes, drafts, and finished content stay in that folder. We do not receive them, and we cannot see them.

What you send to Claude or ChatGPT is handled by Anthropic or OpenAI under their own terms and privacy policies. If you connect optional tools, what you send them is handled under their own terms and privacy policies, not this one.

Your copy of ContentKaki carries a licence watermark with your name, email address, and order ID. This lets us trace copies that are shared without permission. See our Terms & Conditions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for the following purposes:

• To make and send the Visitor Scout report you asked for, as described in the report privacy notice
• To schedule and run your 15-minute chat, and follow up afterwards
• To deliver your copy of ContentKaki, add your licence watermark, send any updates, and give you support
• To send you emails about your request and related ContentKaki updates, news, and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To respond to your questions or support requests
• To understand which pages, posts, and platforms bring visitors, so we can improve the site

For the 15-minute chat and other marketing forms, the stated signup terms apply. Visitor Scout report requests are governed by the separate report notice and do not enroll you in these marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us. If you have bought ContentKaki, we may still email you about your order, delivery, or support after you unsubscribe.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited data only with these service providers, who help us run ContentKaki:

• Sender.net (our marketing email platform) stores details entered in the 15-minute chat and other marketing forms. Visitor Scout report requests are handled separately.
• Netlify hosts this website. The 15-minute chat and other marketing forms pass submissions to Sender; the Visitor Scout form sends report requests directly to a separate secure service.
• Cal.com handles 15-minute chat bookings. We pass your name and email to it so the booking form is filled in for you.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures how visitors use the site.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) loads the fonts on this site, so Google receives your IP address and browser details.
• Polar.sh (our payment provider) processes your payment and keeps your order record if you buy ContentKaki.
• Our email service provider delivers your copy of ContentKaki. We share your download only with the email address you used at checkout.
• Visitor Scout report requests also use service providers that host the form, check that you are human, store your request and send the email, as described in the report privacy notice.

These providers may process data outside Singapore. We only use providers who are expected to protect your data under applicable privacy laws. We may also share data if the law requires us to.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies can last up to two years. Google Analytics does not give us your name or email address.

We do not use cookies to serve you targeted advertising. The Cal.com booking calendar may set its own cookies when it loads. Our demo video plays from this website and sets no cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on. The site will still work.

6. Data Storage and Security

We are based in Singapore. Any personal data you provide is stored and processed in Singapore, or by our third-party service providers in their respective locations.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. We keep order records for as long as the law requires.

For each copy of ContentKaki we deliver, we keep a private delivery record (your name, email address, order ID and a fingerprint of your files) so we can send updates, give support and check the licence watermark. We never put it in public code or shared files.

7. Your Rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdraw consent to our use of your data (where applicable)
• Request deletion of your sign-up or any personal data we hold

8. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Cal.com). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
