Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you ask for a Visitor Scout report, book a call with us, or buy ContentKaki. By using our website, submitting one of our forms, or buying ContentKaki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. About ContentKaki

ContentKaki is a set of AI workflow files for personal brand creators. You keep it in a folder on your Mac or Windows computer and run it inside an AI app you choose: Claude Code (by Anthropic) or Codex (by OpenAI).

ContentKaki is not a hosted app (SaaS) or a subscription. No account is created on our platform, and your work stays on your computer.

To use ContentKaki, you need your own Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus plan (or higher), about US$20/month, bought directly from Anthropic or OpenAI. Getting and keeping that plan, and its cost, is your responsibility.

ContentKaki is sold as a one-time purchase on our website, priced in Singapore dollars (SGD).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a call with us or buy ContentKaki. By submitting a form or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. The Free Visitor Scout Report

The free Visitor Scout report gives you five ideas for your next piece of content, with short summaries and links to the original sources. You tell us your topic, main platform and preferred region. It needs no AI plan and no install.

• Reports are only available for supported topics and regions, and we may pause them at any time.
• We only send a report when enough fresh, reviewed sources are available. If there are not enough, no report is sent.
• The ideas are starting points for your own research. Check the sources and any facts before you post.
• We do not guarantee popularity, views, followers, or any other result from the report.
• Asking for a report does not sign you up to our marketing emails. The Visitor Scout report privacy notice explains how your request is handled.

4. Calls With Us

The free 15-minute chat is a no-obligation video call, booked through Cal.com, to answer your questions before you buy and check whether ContentKaki is the right fit for you. By booking:

• You understand the free chat is a fit check, not a guaranteed sale or service commitment
• No professional, financial, legal, or business advisory services are being provided. Guidance is general in nature
• Either party may decline or end the call at any time
• We may take written notes during the call; we will not record video or audio without your explicit consent

5. Buying ContentKaki

ContentKaki is a one-time purchase. There is no monthly fee to us. The launch price is S$299 until 30 November 2026, and S$399 from 1 December 2026. You pay the price shown at checkout when you buy, charged in SGD. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion or foreign-transaction fee. A later price change does not affect an order you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, under its own terms.

Within 24 hours of payment, we email you a private download link to your own copy of ContentKaki: a ZIP file and an update file (.update.json). The link is shared only with the email address you used at checkout. Your copy carries a watermark with your name, email address, and order ID. You are buying a licence to use these files for your own content creation only.

You are NOT purchasing:

• A subscription or any recurring fee to ContentKaki
• A hosted app or SaaS product
• A Claude or ChatGPT plan, or any other paid tool you choose to connect (these must be bought directly from their providers)
• Any guarantee of results, income, or follower growth

Your purchase includes email help from Ivan with installing and setting up ContentKaki. We reply as soon as we reasonably can. Email help does not include building custom features, running ContentKaki for you, or fixing problems caused by third-party services.

If we release updates, we may email you a new private download link. Keep your .update.json file; you need it to install updates. Future updates are not guaranteed unless we agree to them in writing at purchase.

Polar.sh is the merchant of record for your purchase, so your receipt and any refund are handled through Polar.sh.

5A. Refunds

ContentKaki is a digital download, so all sales are final once you have received your download link. If we do not send your download link within 7 days of payment, email us and we will refund you in full through Polar.sh. This does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

6. Third-Party AI and Tools

ContentKaki works with services we do not own or control, such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT and Codex), and optional tools you choose to connect.

Your use of these services is governed by their own terms, prices, and limits. They may change, limit, or stop features at any time, which may affect what ContentKaki can do. We are not responsible for these services.

7. Your Content

You own the content you create with ContentKaki. AI can make mistakes, so you are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving everything before you post it, and for following each platform's rules.

If you connect your social accounts, ContentKaki shows you the final post and waits for your OK before it publishes anything.

8. Intellectual Property

All ContentKaki system files and accompanying materials are our intellectual property, protected by copyright laws in Singapore and internationally.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence for one person (you) to use the ContentKaki files for your own content creation. You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with any third party
• Use the files to create competing products or services
• Remove or alter any watermarks, credits, or proprietary notices
• Upload or publish the files publicly in any form

Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your licence.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ContentKaki or our website to:

• Infringe any intellectual property rights
• Distribute, resell, or share the system files without authorisation
• Harass, defame, or harm any person or group
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the ContentKaki system for commercial resale

10. Disclaimer

ContentKaki is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the fitness, accuracy, or completeness of the product for any particular purpose.

Results from using ContentKaki will vary depending on individual effort, consistency, niche, and external factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to followers, leads, income, or business growth.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ContentKaki, the Visitor Scout report, or a call with us, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for ContentKaki.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
